    last night there were 3 newbies at yoga. I knew it was going to be a rough class for them when one of them showed up holding a mat like the picture above.  I guess when they called to confirm they should bring their own mat to class they took it literally and brought the above picture. while technically a mat, that mat has no business inside of a yoga studio. holding back my laughter was very, very hard.
